About Me
Hi! I’m Jill — a personal trainer, wife, and mom of two here in Southwest Houston.
I’m all about helping you feel confident, strong, and supported on your fitness journey — without the stress, confusion, or “do more” pressure that so many of us have felt.

Before I became a trainer, I spent years thinking hard workouts were the same as smart workouts. Spoiler: they’re not. After dealing with injuries and burnout, I learned that real strength comes from understanding your body, training with intention, and giving yourself grace. That shift changed everything for me — and it’s the heart of how I coach.
I’ve always been curious about how the body works, so I dove into learning, taking classes, studying movement, and building the knowledge I now pour into my clients. I truly love helping people feel strong in their everyday lives.

Today, I specialize in working with busy parents and professionals who want routines that actually fit real life. My coaching blends smart, effective workouts with simple nutrition guidance and mindset support — because strength is so much more than muscle.
